UBAnime Library
Our library contains over 700 tapes and DVDs for you to enjoy! Stay tuned to this page, as well as the News page to learn about all the changes that go on in here! Right now, we have the current list of tapes you can borrow, as well as rules for renting out tapes and office hours for when you can come to rent tapes or register for membership!
Library Rules:
1. To get access to the library, we ask that you donate $7 for a single semester or $10 for the whole year! This donation will help to pay for more tapes, as well as maintaining our current collection. We're doing all for you, so sign up and help out!
2. Renting is for one week, starting from the time you rent out until exactly a week later. (For example, if you rent your tapes on Friday, your tapes will be due back the following Friday) If you wish, you can choose to return tapes early during office hours, which will be posted on our office door (SU Rm 308) as well as on the website. (see below)
3. There is a fee involved for late tapes, un-rewound tapes, and lost or broken tapes:
$.50 for each business day after tape is due (Mon-Fri)
$.50 for un-rewound tapes $25.00 for each broken/lost tape
You will not be able to rent anymore tapes until all fees are paid.
4. If you discover a damaged tape, you must report it within two days of renting, otherwise you will be charged a broken tape fee of $25. Please email all damaged tape reports to ubanime@yahoo.com.
5. A maximum of 5 tapes may be rented per week.
6. If no UBAnime officer is present when you return tapes during scheduled office hours, please note what time you arrived and come back later to return the tapes when an officer is present. Do NOT leave the tapes in the office when there are no officers present, otherwise you will be held responsible for whatever happens to them.
